Beer, food, and service / hospitality all on point. Neat older farm home with lots of different rooms for quiet entertainment and farm fresh food; had the chicken schnitzel and tavern burger ---best burger we've ever had (and we are from Iowa, just saying). We came initially for the Troon beer on draft which didn't disappoint, but the food and atmosphere make this place an absolute gem. The staff are all polite; our server was very attentive and knew the food menu and beer selections very well making the visit unforgettable.

Update: Sept 2025 visited this time for dinner on a Friday same great service and food . So glad I entrusted them with delighting my family I am now a fan ….kudos to the team . PS espresso martini is a must have Went there for Sunday brunch for the first time and was so impressed with the entire experience. There was not one thing that did not wow me. The food the service and the absolutely fire espresso martinis simply sublime . We were a large group and somewhat demanding and our server had just the right attitude to keep up with us . All in all 5 stars

We visited for the craft ale and fresh-from-the-farm dishes, and our excitement was well rewarded. The team was incredibly warm, patient, and thoughtful—truly some of the kindest people we’ve met. They supported us through a challenging evening with our newborn and turned it into a moment we’ll always cherish.

Food is always consistently delicious and creative. New menu (Nov 2025) really captures the hearty, fall vibes. We got the Coq Au Vin and the Cassoulet plus a few other sides (couldn’t resist), highly recommended.

A very solid restaurant with high quality ingredients and really great draught beers. This is connected to Troon brewing and the beer list usually contains several past releases, which is some of the best beer in the United States. The food is very high quality, all fresh and locally sourced. The prices are on the high side, but it is very good, and very fresh.

Stopped in for lunch today and it was a wonderful experience. The flowers and patio were warm and welcoming. The inside dining area was cozy and bright with natural daylight. I look forward to trying out a dinner service in the future. We tried a few selections between 2 of us: Chicken Empanadas and Burrata Caprese to start: Excellent crunch to the empanada shell and plenty of flavorful filling. The Burrata caprese had amazing heirloom tomatoes with juicy peaches, basil, and peach reduction, balsamic and mint. Deliciously refreshing! Mains: Shrimp Roll served cold stuffed to the brim with Carolina shrimp, garden herb mayo on house-baked brioche! Yummy!! Grass-Fed Steak Frites fried in tallow with chimichurri Dessert: Tiramisu was perfect and light. Cassis Gelato with Blackcurrant and lavender. Balanced flavors and delicious!

I had the best burger I've ever eaten for brunch here and that's saying something coming from the midwest. Phenomenal beef chicken and eggs and pork belly with real green beans. Honestly I came for the beer but the burger blew me away. Our server was awesome. We felt welcomed he was very attentive and went out of his way to make our first trip amazing. I wish we lived closer.
